1. The service

SingMyLyrics turns user-provided lyrics or descriptions into AI-generated songs through third-party providers. An account is required to generate songs and keep a server-side song history. You can use Google sign-in or create an account with email and password.

2. Your content and acceptable use

You keep ownership of content you submit and must have the rights needed to submit it. Do not upload copyrighted lyrics you do not have permission to use, impersonate a real artist, request a cover or rewrite of an existing song, or use the service for illegal, abusive, or harmful activity. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

3. Accounts

Keep your Google account or email password secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account. Contact us if you believe your account was used without permission.

4. Credits, payments, and refunds

Song generations use credits according to the tier shown before you submit a request. New accounts receive the bonus shown on the site. Paid credit packs are one-time purchases; their price and credit amount are shown at checkout. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and are not refundable except where required by law or stated at checkout. If a generation fails, we normally return the credits used for that request. Stripe processes payments.

5. Generated songs and commercial use

You may download, share, and use songs you generate for personal or commercial projects, provided your use follows these terms, applicable law, and any rights or restrictions imposed by the third-party model or provider used for that generation. You are responsible for checking that a song does not infringe another person's rights before publishing or monetizing it.

6. AI output

AI output may contain errors or unintentionally resemble existing works. We do not guarantee that every song is unique, suitable for a particular purpose, or free of third-party claims.

7. Availability and liability

The service is provided as available. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes and contact
